This notice describes how the personal data of users browsing this website and using the contact form is processed, pursuant to Articles 13-14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

2. Data processed and purposes
- Contact form data (name, email, phone if provided, message content): used solely to reply to enquiries and handle any bookings.
- Browsing data (IP address, technical server logs): collected automatically to ensure the website works correctly and securely.

3. Legal basis
The processing of contact form data is based on the data subject’s consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at their request (Art. 6.1.b). Browsing data is processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6.1.f).
4. Retention period
Messages sent through the form are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, thereafter, for the period required by any legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited period according to security needs.
5. Data recipients
Data may be processed by parties providing services to the Controller (e.g. the hosting and email provider), appointed as Data Processors. Data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Optionally loading the map establishes a connection to Google’s servers (see the Cookie Policy), which may involve a transfer of data outside the EU subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Rights of the data subject
Data subjects may at any time exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent.
